Delete your ChargeSaathi account

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

1. Open ChargeSaathi and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account, then confirm.
3. Sign in once more with Google or Apple to confirm it's you.

If you have a booking in progress (requested, accepted, charging or awaiting payment), finish or cancel it first.

Option 2: by email

If you can't access the app, email support@chargesaathi.in with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you use to sign in. We'll confirm and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account and profile: name, email, mobile number and vehicle.
• Your charger listings, with their UPI ID and location.
• Your contact details on all bookings.
• If you used Sign in with Apple, ChargeSaathi's access to your Apple ID is revoked.

What we keep

We keep booking records (date, times, amount and the names on the booking) as transaction history, for up to 8 years. We need them to resolve disputes and meet tax and accounting laws, and delete them after that. See our privacy policy.
